Since its launch, Huaxi Tech’s large square baler-1290XD has gained significant user trust over two years. Designed to tackle part failures during peak seasons, it minimizes downtime and economic losses. The updated electronic control system, however, adds complexity for users. Today, we’ll explore the innovative advancements in this system for the Huaxi Yutian large square baler.
The main feature of the large square baler is controlling the pressure for bale density. Traditional models use a basic method that relies only on adjusting the main arm’s pressure. If the main arm fails, it greatly impacts the efficiency of the entire machine. For the Huaxi Yutian large square baler, we designed an electronic control solution that allows for continuous operation while keeping safety and performance in mind. We introduced three pressure control modes. This way, if one mode fails, users can easily switch to another, avoiding work stoppages from single-point failures.
We have kept the original main arm control method and added a new cylinder pressure control method. This new method works like the main arm control but has a lower failure rate, giving users a more stable option. We also included a pressure-holding mode as a backup. In this mode, the equipment maintains a steady pressure output, allowing the baler to work normally under different conditions and improving overall efficiency.
Our design intention is for every user to easily get started and enjoy a perfect interactive experience with the machine. Therefore, we adopted a touch screen system, allowing users to intuitively understand the machine’s status and achieve precise control. We also designed multiple backup modes so that if any sensor reports a failure, users can seamlessly switch to other modes, ensuring that operations are not affected. This design not only improves the reliability of the equipment but also reduces users’ maintenance costs.
